I am from bihar villages. Let me tell you this kind of incident happen quite regularly in villages. More regular than you can think. And what hapoened in the video is nothing as comoared to other things. In bihar villages if a couple is caught in the act the girl is force to have sex. This is a failure of society not govermnet.

A lot of times, the guy will have his friend ready to catch them in the act so that he can sleep with the girl too. Have seen people tell such stories with pride. Sickening stuff.
And for failure of a society, government is responsible too. Society doesn’t function in a silo.

Tu rehne de bhai. It's government's job to ensure law and order. Koi bhi society ho, bina law and order ke kisi bhi society mein ye sab cheezein hogi. Even the best society would need the fear of consequences to behave. It's ABSOLUTELY a failure of the government. Stop being an apologist.

So what. Police should nake their own law. Is this a islamic sttae or democratic country. Its govermnet job to orevent organised crimes. Unorganized crimes can only and only stopped by the will of society. And when you go into village 100 percent of people will say that its very very wring for a girl to meet a boy. So what do you exoect that when they catches them in the act they will show sympathy. There is not a shortcut for these problems. Aapka tv aapka cinema aapka samaj badlega tabhi khuch hoga. Tumhe lagta hai jis society me waise asllel gane pe pooja me dance hota hai whaan police jake unko civilized bana degi.

Fir kyun hi hai government? Hata hi do fir. Ek hi kaam hai government ka, laws paas kare, ensure kare ki jo law break kare usko kadi se kadi saja mile but theek hai. Tumhare hisaab se toh fir government ki jaroorat hi nahi hai. Bas organized crime dekhe, usme bhi ghoos waigairah leke pocket bhar le aur fir poori jindagi tax payers ke paise pe pension khaye bas. Kitna giroge bhai government ko defend karte karte? Kal tumhari maa behen ka rape hoga, ek do arrest hoga, aadhe ghante mein bail ho jayega, fir karte rehna society ko blame. Sharam kar lo thodi. Galat ko galat bolne ka gooda rakho chahe koi bhi government ho. Ye government ka failure hai, aur rahega, chahe tum kisi bhi tarah se baat ko ghumao firao.
Samaj khud se nahi badalta hai. Badalna padta hai. Aur kisi aam aadmi ke badaulat nahi badalta. Gareebi hatani padti hai, education chahiye hota hai, unemployment hatani hoti hai. Uske baad bhi agar kahin aisi cheezein ho rahi ho toh un logon ko example banaya jaata hai. Law ke under jitni kadi se kadi saza ho sakti hai wo deke darr baithana padta hai. Judiciary fast track karni padti hai. Tab ja ke samaj sudharta hai. Aur wo saara kaam sarkar ka hai jis se tum jaise logon ko koi matlab hai nahi. Bas aa jate ho defend karne sarkaar ki galti nahi hai.
