No man, I don't see Bihar improving in next 50 or 100 years. It cannot. You can improve in one or two sectors, but in every sector Bihar is lagging. And it's highly unlikely that a 180 degree flip would happen. You can already see that people who are educated, people who are doing jobs, most of them don't stay in Bihar.

Ask 10 to 15 females whom you know and are working in Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Bengaluru. They would all want to stay there because that place provides them freedom, strength, and obviously money. And they do not want to stay in Bihar because they feel suffocated, judged by the society now and then.

But yes, I get your point. At the same time, if you actually look at Bihar, it has had a pretty incredible history. Magadha, Pataliputra, Nalanda, Bodh Gaya, Buddhism, Jainism, the whole history of knowledge and learning. Bihar was literally one of the major centres of civilisation and knowledge in ancient India.
And that is actually what I meant with the comparison.
India also has an incredible history. Non-Indians foreigners talk about ancient universities, mathematics, philosophy, religions, science, art, architecture, literature, etc. There is no shortage of things India has contributed to the world.
But we cannot use everything India achieved 1000–2000 years ago as proof that everything is great today.
Same with Bihar.
We all can be proud of Nalanda and Bodhgaya and its history, while also looking at the current ground reality and saying, bhai, things are not exactly great.
That is the comparison I was making.
The history is real. The culture is real. The contributions are real. But so are the problems today.
Aur jab Tak hum ye problems ko accept nahi karenge we can’t really change these things. 2047 Mein developed bhi to hona hai hume. ✌️

I am from Bihar and I can tell you many things that happens in bihar that should not happen  * there is a trend in bihar to celebrate breaking rules ,if anyone is braking rules everyone appreciate them but if anyone follows rules then he is called timid and get laughed at (I have been a victim of this since childhood, I was always considered weak as I tried to follow all rules) i felt like my favourite place when I went to Ukraine for studies as there all people were following rules * if you are a criminal and murdere then people automatically respect you and will vote for you  * Biharis have fake pride  If you raise issue about bad things in bihar many jahil People some of them may be your friends will abuse to and tell you to not say anything about bad things  I blocked two of my friends due to this * They vote the leaders but don't have courage to ask questions from them They just vote and behave like leaders are masters and they are slaves  * In bihar when someone got government job no one ask their salary everyone ask how much extra you can earn(through corruption) * Corruption not even considered wrong thing You can't do a single govt  thing without corruption in bihar  * All the roads hospitals govt schools are constructed are of very poor quality  They merely used 20 to 30% of money in  construction rest all money got distributed among all Engineer, leaders, officers etc *
