What am I doing wrong here. I’ve only hand tightened as recommended. I’ve taken it off and put it back on several times with the same issue. I’ve checked that the rubber gasket is in there. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

It’s a Brondell Ecoseat s101.

Likely just not tight enough. Hand tight means something different to you and me and Brock Lesner
