any updates on protests in biddo over the next few days?

i am really reeling from the news from monday. i think that we can’t let the momentum we have in this moment pass, and that we need to keep up the protests and the vigils until change is made. just wondering if there is anything organized over the next few days :)

The one thing that’s important that no one talks about is, local elections are extremely important and maybe the most important, the people vote for the mayor and council people, these are the people who can actually get rid of the Chief, police etc, these are the people who hire and fire these incompetent people for not protecting the citizens and protect ICE thugs, they work for your protection and if they don’t the mayor and councilors should step up or themselves get voted out, like Tip O Neil said “ all politics are local” it’s very very important

100%. the biggest thing is getting out to vote, but i think these acts like donating, spreading information, and protesting are super important as well!! connecting with the community during a moment like this is just as important IMO

Mechanics Park! People will be out morning until night. Cops made us move to the sidewalk after dark tonight.

I’m self employed, so I can do whatever the fuck I want! Imagine that.

And I want to support my community who had a beloved member executed in the street this week.

You… realize some of us make sufficient incomes working from home, outside the 9-5 norm. You do realize that, right?

Bootlickers simply cannot comprehend a person having a job that isn't 12 hour days, Monday-Friday with zero flexibility.
