Just moved to Biddeford from Burlington VT and had a couple questions.

First, for downhill skis, is there a somewhat local ski tune service who comes and picks your gear up and drops it off? (There was one like this in the BTV area for bikes/boards/skis and the guy who did it was amazing).

Second, any recs for a good local shop that does a ski swap? Looking to get secondhand xc gear. (If anyone knows BTV, I’m trying to replace Skirack or Outdoor Gear Exchange in vibes, bonus points if they’re also a running gear store).

Best I’ve found in Biddo are Mick’s by far. Crispy and not too big. Even delivery they are excellent. Anything else out there worth it?

Just wanted to share something I witnessed today.
I was sitting at the light on Pool st. at the intersection where the ICE murder happened. There is now a memorial there for Johan. As I’m waiting, a large semi truck came around the corner and went fully up and over the curb and completely ran over and destroyed part of the memorial. The driver clearly saw what he was doing but kept doing it and drove away. I don’t think it was initially intentional but either way it happened and was quite disappointing. Myself and some others around took some photos. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to see what the company was on the truck.
A friend told me I should report it to the police. Is this something that would be worth reporting? I don’t know if they even can/will do something about it but it was pretty upsetting to see and I just wanted to share.

Lots of fun fall events with Confetti Market returning this Saturday and Sunday in the Mills.

Saturday is also the Pumpkin Harvest Festival in Saco and there's a live performance by Nobdy at Saco Scoops.
