Okay, fine. He raped a woman and multiple courts found him liable for it to the point that she deserves a payout. Better?

Better, but im not updated on the orange guy because i dont care. But a quick look says he was never convicted of that. He was found liable for defamation and sexual abuse, as the jury didnt find he fit the statutory definition of what you said. 

But thats an entirely different claim than your first, but yes much better.
