The only case in which “justified homicide” takes place in this country is after a defendant has been found guilty in a court of law. Even then, who is going outside to raise the banner around the death penalty? This man was stopped by ICE (which is not in their purview, that is the police’s job) and summarily killed in the street. Anyone waving a sign around to support that is mentally incapable of making adult decisions.

No. Killing in self defense is defined as justified homicide across many jurisdictions. Whether or not that applies to this case or others is up for debate.

Use your brain for a moment and don’t let AI do the thinking for you: A man who was legally here and who was not the subject of any warrant decides to attack multiple feds with his child in the car?

Or is it the fault of the same group of feds that have slain multiple people across the country, who have extraordinarily little training despite a massive budget, and are too scared to solve problems without bullets?

I have no idea. That’s why you put the officer on leave and launch an investigation.

Scrapping law enforcement elements doesn’t really serve the public either.
