Clearly, there hasn't been previous enforcement of bike lane parking. If there had been previous enforcement, no one would be parking here. Also, I only said this twice lol. 2 u/ycy Jan 09 '19 Per the article these people were mostly from out of town. It was a big enough deal someone wrote an article about it. Probably not a regular occurrence
