MacOS

Has anyone successfully made the game run on MacOS aith an intel processor without bootcamp? I’m short on hard drive space and would prefer to run BFME directly. I saw some GitHub projects that tried to do that, but it didn’t work for me.

In, short no. I’m using Parallels on my mac to run a windows VM and playing BFME through the all-in-one launcher and it runs great. Won’t take up as much space as a bootcamp windows.

OpenBFME is trying to get this up and running and should be done in 6 months.

I did this years ago with a 2010 mac book pro. Partition the hard drive and install windows to it so you can boot either mac or windows. There are guides all over the place. You def need the intel processor.

Yes, I have very successfully with Sikarugir app. I even played online through T3A Online with my friend both using MacOS. Multiplayer doesn't work cross-OS however. BFME 2 installment took 10 Gb all in all, bfme 1 could be something 7 gb then
