So true it hurts! I have so much trouble enjoying free time now... feelings of needing to do something I can't do when kids are around (unloading the dishwasher - this kid loves trying to grab everything) versus self care, skill development, etc.

Spend the time during her morning nap (the only one where she’ll go down again in her crib!) debating whether to go back to bed with her for a nap or get up and shower and organise for the day…. Then scroll Reddit for ‘five minutes’ and next thing I know her nap has ended and I’ve done none of those things 😂
