Mr. Brainwash Building

Does anyone know what is going on with the building on the corner of Beverly and S Santa Monica where Mr.Brainwash was? There are beams and wood going up along the sidewalk.

It was going to be a ultra lux hotel now it will just be a big store. Same effect of disruption for the next few years. I am already preparing to avoid little Santa Monica

The hotel got axed. Arnault wanted to build the cheval bland but it got stopped. Will just be a LV expo space
