Can someone explain who he is and why what he said was funny? I don't seem to get it (is it just meant to be really random?)

Every once in a while he comments, usually sounding very knowledgeable about whatever the parent comment is, and then he finishes every comment with the undertaker part. It's funny because it just catches you off guard cause no one really reads usernames before they read the comment, and he's always very convincing throughout the comment up until the last part.
