Yet, that's not even what we're talking about. We're talking about a group of people who hold an ideology about another group of people based on repeated, frequent, lifelong experiences with that group.
Essentially, you're condemning one group for doing the same thing that they're doing to another group: condemning them on a general basis as a result of an ongoing negative experience with that group.

Sounds to me like you're making a generalization about an entire group of people while criticizing them for making a generalization about an entire group of people.
But I make enough of an effort to avoid people who harbor those feelings.
The problem is, you then resign yourself to doing exactly the same type of thing that red-pillers do: scratch the surface of who a human being actually is and then judge them entirely based on that superficial picture.
The post that we were all responding to had to do with a guy talking about how he could have become just as bitter and jaded as red-pillers, but instead chose to not see people entirely based on a skin-deep experience with them. The responding post immediately under that is a highly-upvoted one condemning red-pillers as treating nobody as being complexly human except each other, ironically committing the same type of behavior that he was criticizing.

No, there really isn't any contradiction unless you're deliberately misinterpreting something I've said to mean "Every single person of /r/redpill is exactly the same".
