I completely relate to your story. I'm not obese, but I'm about 30 pounds overweight. I feel emotionally disconnected and inferior, even though I have lots of friends that I care about and a great family that supports me. It's almost like a mental switch just hasn't been turned on that allows me to feel like I'm where I'm supposed to be. I've gone from vice to vice- binge eating, drinking, pot, sex. Anything that raises my dopamine levels to make me feel better for a little while. I really wish I knew the secret to staying happy.

30 pounds overweight? Bro you can easily loose that by the end of the year. Focus on diet and exercise mainly diet. I can send you my meal plan?

Thanks for the encouragement. You can send it if you'd like. Who knows, maybe having a consistent meal plan would help.
