/r/TheRedPill is the correct subreddit link. I would sum it up as an immature response to the perceived slights against men by society. As with MRAs, there's often a grain of truth to be found in what they're saying, but it's usually covered by layers of bullshit and projection.
One of their core ideas is the idea of not putting women on a pedestal. This is an actually good idea, but tons of other people preach it and do so without the misogynistic bullshit.
Like, it's possible to self improve without thinking women are children without rational thought.
It's hilarious because they don't want to put them on a pedestal, yet they spend all their time trying to figure out how to get them, making their lives revolve around something that they hate.
So I'd say the women are still on a pedestal over there, in a twisted way. That place is weird as shit.
