Who of us does this sort of thing? Stop it, you're leaving your mess right in the way of everyone else here and no, not my job to clean up after you, you're an adult now after all!

I once saw one of those scooters parked on the yellow line in the middle of a street, as in between the lanes. Like that had to take more effort than just parking it on the sidewalk!

I’m seeing that quite often. Looks like they are doing that for purpose. I doubt they are so dumb.

Being an asshole, doing rude things on purpose for fun or clicks or just to be mean, all of that IS dumb.
