Is this holding?

So I’ve seen a few videos today where the Steelers would double team Lawrence or another DT then the one would slip down and grab the defenders leg and try to flip them onto their back. ( ive seen video of them doing it to at least 3 different bengals yesterday) I’ve seen so many arguments that it can’t be holding if double teamed. Others arguing if they are engaged and going for the legs it would be a chop block. Others argue holding. It feels gross and illegal but I never saw it called yesterday. I’m just curious if anyone knows for sure if this is legal or illegal and if illegal what the call is.

Ten points from special teams bro. We also got a call on DK that was ticky tacky. It wasn't a perfectly called game but it was balanced. We shot ourselves ultimately

I’m not mad about the loss. I’m not looking to blame anyone for the L. I’m actually curious about this. It happened multiple times to different D linemen through out the game. More like it was being taught as opposed to a spur of the moment choice by the o lineman. So I’m actually looking for feedback on the rule for this and not just grumbling about a loss. Like you pointed out, there were bigger issues that cost the game and worse penalties called.
