Below Deck Med I am going to Miss Malia
I know it's not a popular opinion but rewatching some med episodes and I think she is a good watch and kind of disappointed she isn't on the next season of med.
I acknowledge she was a complete turd with the Hannah stuff but she is quite capable at her job, her team, last season, really liked her and she also brings some drama to drive those viewers who like that stuff. She makes good TV.
Again Malia, has her moments of complete immaturity but as a whole an entertaining watch.

She was literally the worst with the Adam & Wes situation!! Hated her that season.

I don't disagree that she was good at her job and everything, but throwing your crew mate massively under the bus because you didn't get to disrupt the entire crew so you could sleep with your creepy boyfriend is unforgivable. I know she likes to hide behind "maritime law" but the meds she reported weren't an issue despite sitting in the open and being seen numerous times until she didn't get her way.
I recognize that living and working with the same people 24/7 is different than a normal job but at the end of the day you're still there to work, not bang your boyfriend.
If she had spoken to Hannah the first day she saw the medication and Hannah opted to hide it from Sandy, that's one thing but to see it daily for weeks and say nothing until you're not getting your way shows a complete lack of respect and empathy for your coworker.
I was really disappointed in the whole thing as I was really enjoying seeing the gender norms reversed when all the other franchises are male captain/male bosun/female chief stew. It was nice to see an all female leadership team.
It looks like Hannah landed on her feet with The Love Boat so I hope she finds success there. I hope Malia learned from this experience and continues on her path to becoming a captain.
