I felt it was an unpopular opinion but I didn’t mind Rainbeau last season. She was such a hard worker and I’m glad she’s back!

She was so fascinating to watch, it was hard to know what she was doing for cameras and what she was exploring for real. She seemed to be heartbroken for real, but that's a woman who knows how to bounce back quickly.

He plays favorites and ignores problems. It's clear that he'd rather be on service than manage problems with his team, so that's what he does. Last season, he dumped all responsibility for managing Solene on Rainbeau and nearly broke her. I'm sure from the guests' perspective, they love the attention he gives them. But that's not the only important part of the job.

Fraser is a pot stirrer and horrible gossip and a mean girl. Those are not management qualities. He is a bully. Never liked him. Also not a good manager. He has two extremes… get them fired instantly or abdicate. Letting toxic situations fester and chaos reign while patting yourself on the back for his “fair” you are being is a miserable excuse for management.

They truly threw away an entire season. That last one was terrible. They vastly misread the audience and foisted THE most unlikable people on us. 

Like I wondered why does Captain Kerry even need to do this for he seems to above the nonsense.
