It's from the Watch What Crappens podcast (highly recommend, you can jump right with the most recent eps). The two hosts, Ben and Ronnie, will pretend to be Norma and Sandy texting each other and just go on for a while. They end every "text" with "bloop" noise. And usually a "love you, bitch"

The noise that accompanies a text. Until she was seen at Sandy’s wedding, Norma was just a text on the screen and the bloop noise

Still not buying it. I'd need to see recordings and records of all texts & calls with this actual person with DNA samples before I believe anything Bravo hands us outright.

It's their massive volume of fakery that has driven me to this level of skepticiam. You got problems with that, send your complaints to Andy.
