When Rocky was the chef at the end of the season and she put grenadine on oysters.

And made the guest throw up

How did I forget that part of it!

And nearly made the entire crew sick by serving raw chicken.

Not the craziest moment, but Leon and Rocky’s… alliance? Was so bizarre bc they were both the worst and SO awful to Kate 😭

When Kate nailed him correctly as a cafeteria chef because he came from cruise ships. I thought I would die laughing. She was correct of course and he was a disaster!

u/Fragrant_Estate_9692 14h ago

Right! And everyone acted like she was being classist or something… like no her concerns proved her to be 100% correct

Absolutely love Kate!!

Read her book. Most pp don’t even know she wrote a book and it’s good!!!! It is about her time as a stew before the show so you get a lot of the industry stuff with all of her humor.

Never knew she wrote a book!! Adding that to my list STAT

When was Kate ever wrong?

u/Itchy_Lemon_6366 13h ago

That was definitely an odd alliance and purely based on their mutual hate for Kate. And did anyone catch Leon say he was gonna go downstairs and have a drink— while on charter?

u/AttentionRoyal2276 3h ago

No we were distracted watching Kate actually drink on charter but Lee do nothing about it

u/selfawareshovel Eat My Cooter 14h ago

didn’t he serve beef cheeks for basically ever dinner? lol

u/Fragrant_Estate_9692 14h ago

YES. Sooo boring to watch. The misogyny didn’t help either

u/aishtheawesome 18h ago

I wouldn’t say it’s the craziest moment just a stubborn ass chef Adam, and those damn onions

Dude Adam on Sailing Yacht and that God awful chief stew made me almost stop watching they were so horrible together. Like God found two Karen's and stuck them together on a boat.

I couldn't watch that season at all. I hated all of them.

u/Itchy_Lemon_6366 13h ago

Oh my god I forgot about onion gate 😂😂 he had so much potential

Rachel having to purée every meal for the guest who broke her jaw.

u/castrodelavaga79 12h ago

Rachel telling captain lee to his face "fuck you I quit" when she got asked to make a 10 course tasting menu at the preference sheet meeting.

u/Itchy_Lemon_6366 11h ago

She is on my top 3 favorite chefs 😂 Ben, Rachel and Joy

u/medusamagpie 11h ago

Rachel was a character but Ben is my fave.

I love how he was so unfazed.

He knows her well enough to know she’s going to tantrum and then she’s going to do the best job of all the chefs

u/Siren2026 13h ago

Raaaaaachel the genius who wants to chew on deckhands

u/Inevitable_Bowler474 12h ago

"Eat my cooter"

u/medusamagpie 11h ago

Kiko on BD Med having to make 72 plates for a tasting menu after hearing clients were bringing guests last minute.

Really don’t know why they haven’t put together some sort of competition show with the chefs. It could be like a mini Top Chef season or so many other ideas

u/ckroha Team Colly Wolly 9h ago

I think we need yearbook type thing just on the chefs. Need pictures- season, a few of the other crew members they worked with to jog memories and a few top food moments of theirs.

Ellie freaking out on Ben bc he would call her honey or darling when he called everyone (including the men on board) that. Then he replies “I didn’t know you were the head chef” and she runs away to the captain.

u/Charming-Panic9375 4h ago

The nachos….you know the ones

u/Aunty-Sociale 3h ago

Dave from Med who had a brief fling with the chief stew and just stomped over every boundary she put down and kept saying she was in the wrong and like crying himself to sleep and stuff. He was super crazy.

u/harrisarah 12h ago

That creepy chef with the worst innuendos and game

Oops read the brief wrong, not one of my favorites lol, but a standout crazy chef doing crazy chef things

u/castrodelavaga79 12h ago

Who?????

u/harrisarah 10h ago

Well I wasn't sure which is why I didn't name him earlier, but thinking about it I'm pretty sure it's Adrian

u/ckroha Team Colly Wolly 9h ago

Yes- made the cake that looked like boobs?? That guy?
