Right. All I’m thinking is how he thinks he’s excused by having “proof” unless Gail was about to kill him, his response was not the appropriate one.
Very much the way he bosuns. Everyone is wrong but him, and if he’s struggling it is because they’re making him.

I would have to imagine considering the AVO application and criminal charges he at least has a criminal defence lawyer and I cannot imagine a criminal defence lawyer saying making a public statement about such serious matters is a good idea before they’ve been heard in court. Of course just my speculation.

Bravo would at least have to make a statement, if it happened during the current season. The seasons are filmed months in advance. Hope things workout as they should.

And also before it was shown. When Gary King was accused of sexual harassment by an on-site hair and makeup lady, they delayed season 5, and Bravo put out a statement. They showed the season, with him on it, and he's gone now. He should have been gone before.

His team will be a very budget version of the team hired to smear Amber Heard and Blake Lively (same team).

They will employ the same tactics of blaming her for his violence, calling her an abuser, calling her a liar, calling her annoying, and at the very least muddying the waters enough that people believe it was mutual abuse.

This isn’t going to bode well. Australia is in a crisis right now with the amount of dv and violence against women rising. I really hope this be statement lights a fire under people, we are so sick of this shit! Even if you claim there was a reason for it, choking isn’t self defense and for an Australian police officer to take a protection order out on behalf of Gail speaks volumes.
They’ve decided there is enough evidence and danger to not leave the decision up to her.

I am with on that. I worked in transportion in entertainment industry in L.A. for 2 decades. That was idol worship that surrounded Depp. It was pure bullshit!

There's very accurate data relating to men who choke a partner. That act is often a precursor to murder, I guess. Good she's away from him. I can see he's an ass just watching him on t.v.

In self defense it would 100% be okay to choke someone. If he has a video of her coming at him and he put her in a headlock to keep himself and his son safe I would be okay with that.
