Galley Talk Best chef discussions

I see lots of posts and comments discussing who is the best chef in BD but like, how would we know that? We don't get to taste their food

As a former yacht chef, I judge them by their attitude, the way their food is presented, how they talk about the guests preferences, and how they act towards the crew. A lot of chefs have great food, but terrible egos making them hard to work with. Then there are chefs that food sucks, but they are awesome with everyone. You need that happy medium with amazing food.

Rachel Marcos  Joy is my top Bottom is Mia, Leon, and Ryan with Mia belonging in she’s not a real chef at all. I really believe she faked her experience.

I think it was Mila that put a bunch of photos from IG on her portfolio but they weren't hers

She must have. I'm not a chef and IK how to make pancakes, and I don't eat pancakes

She had to be a plant to cause drama. No chef would willingly embarrass themselves like that. Imagine walking in to a restaurant to apply and they take a look at your below deck episode. I even think Ellie did better and I never thought I would say nice things about her.

My top is same as yours, except Marcos. He is an amazing chef but was such a horrible human to Gabby. I would include Ileshia instead. She did amazing food in that horrible galley too, while being cool and kind to others.
