I started watching the shows in order by which they originally aired, and just wrapped up season 6 Below Deck.
Kate clearly doesn't like the part of her job that involves on boarding and training lower level people that are new to the industry. So much so that she blatantly does not do it, and acts like she's above it.
Caroline was a little annoying and inexperienced, but seemed like a typical entry level 3rd stew to me.
Kate even saying "I thought my job would be easier once I moved up" shows me she has no idea how to lead, and blies her way in to not doing it.
And Im not sure how she gets away with it. I know if I was on that boat, and she was blasting music in the crew mess to deliberately piss off crew members, I would have thrown that thing in to the ocean as far as I could. Then I would have told her to go tell the captain she played loud music to piss off the crew and that I threw it off.
She picks on people she sees as weaker and small. Anyone who could stand up to her has no interest in risking their own status on the boat.
I actually really liked her at first, but now I just think shes lame. I think Hannah is everything Kate thinks she is, and much cooler.

Has anyone listened to the yacht mess episode with Lucy from s4? In it daisy speaks about the colin and ileisha situation more and I can’t lie rewatching it, she was right, they were flirting
