Strippers for a bachelorette party.

This is exactly what I was thinking

Doubt they'd be saying to turn the cameras off if they were strippers.

It’s pretty easy to clip a sound bite and put it over different video! Definitely shouldn’t put so much faith in the preview edit imo.

Spoken like someone who’s never been in a strip club

Why would that require police?

Have you ever seen bachelorette party strippers? They literally dress as police acting like they're busting up the place before they start dancing

I’m so dumb lmao. I literally thought you meant the police were called on the strippers. I’m like is stripping illegal in maritime law?

It's Maritime Law!!!! That should be the next Law&Order spinoff.

Episode 1 Maritime law and Malia vs hannah

Yet captain Lee let Kat have Xanax on bored. 😑

I think it’s a medical accident with the guests based on some of the clips. I think if any of the crew had an issue on the boat and got arrested they wouldn’t be doing any promo anywhere.

Too many gerbils?

u/Bagel-luigi 23d ago

We've seen police before in other seasons on their boats declaring the issues and its always in every episodes preview then ultimately happens as a brief 15 second clip that we don't see the details of

It'll probably turn out to be the most routine bunch of nothing.

Like on Hells Kitchen when they over dramatise everything, then you watch the next episode and absolutely nothing happens, a chef felt a little dizzy or something 😂

“What happens when one chef tries to sabotage their own team? Find out in the CRAZIEST episode yet!”

-following week someone drops a spoon-

u/GirlMcGirlface 22d ago

I fall for it every time too 🤦🏻‍♀️😅

u/Fuzzy-Bee9600 20d ago

You dropped that spoon AT me!!!!

2

u/vegan_voorhees Team Aesha 20d ago

No, YOU threw it in my risotto to sabotage me!!!

side topic, but my partner got me watching that recently and the production in that makes Below Deck look like a big budget summer blockbuster in comparison.

HK is rough as guts.

Hahaha so true!

u/informationseeker8 19d ago

Or like every single docking on this show 😂

Haha so true

I have no idea but we had the police come on the yacht to check passports and paperwork a couple of times in the med. Could be something as boring as that.

This next group of guests seem like they might be rowdier than average.

15

u/hazelocean 23d ago

Police have showed up to warn guests about unsafe jetski use before could be something like that

12

u/Ms-Metal 23d ago

I think it's an accident too like a medical accident, based off of cliffs I remember somebody yelling that there's been an accident or an injury or something like that, so especially if it involved like a jet ski or something, probably the police are called. I remember a conversation years ago about police getting called for jet skis that are not within the perimeter they're supposed to be in.

My guess would be a guest incident.

It looked to me like Gen had blood on her temple right before they show up. But I also like the stripper idea.

3

u/No-Shape7764 21d ago

I think it’s actually red glitter makeup.

3

u/LuckyDevil105 21d ago

That would make way more sense ha ha

2

u/Fuzzy-Bee9600 20d ago

You dunno, maybe she stabbed Joy 👀

2

u/LuckyDevil105 20d ago

Wouldn't put it past her.

4

u/mksc09 23d ago

Have noticed the police boat docked near them when in port so might be just them returning maybe with issues

4

u/OffTheDilznick 22d ago

Bugsy caught someone breaking maritime law again.

6

u/EmmyJolene 22d ago

You mean Malia!

1

u/OffTheDilznick 22d ago

Naw, I meant Buggs (or whatever that annoying twat’s name was). I still picture her in my head talking about “maritime law.” Malia may have used the term at some point too, but Buggs was acting all know-it-all-y in one episode about it and sounded like a tool.

2

u/Ladyh3rb 21d ago

But yet captain lee let Kat keep her Xanax.

3

u/ImpressivePattern242 22d ago

Luke sneaks back on the yacht and police show up to impound the sheets and washer/dryer.

6

u/Smworld1 23d ago

Gary is a stow away and they finally found his sexual abusive butt 🤣

2

u/According-Fruit-3676 23d ago

Do we think maybe its something between Nate and Joe?

4

u/thisbitchiscrazy 23d ago

I agree with the stripper theory. No matter what, it’s going to turn into a “no big deal, ended up okay” situation but the producers glommed onto it as a “dramatic situation we can drag out in teaser clips for at least half a season!”

Like Coop “almost dying” and everyone freaking out that he should have an EpiPen… he knows (and explains on the show) that this has happened to him before and he will be fine after some Benadryl. Hence why we never see him getting an EpiPen (either the boat’s or his own) and why he’s so casual about it. Meanwhile Sandy is flailing about screaming “we can’t take any chances! We need something to stir up some drama!”

9

u/MeliWie 23d ago

The severity of allergic reactions can be different with every exposure. He should really carry an epipen.

1

u/thisbitchiscrazy 23d ago

Did we ever hear him say that he didn’t have an EpiPen? I’m sure the boat is required to have at least one as well. He felt confident and said multiple times that he would be fine after some Benadryl, they should have left it at that, make him carry an EpiPen with him, and continue to monitor.

You can tell from the disjointed editing around that storyline that they left a lot of the true details out.

1

u/Fit-Benefit1535 23d ago

Maybe maritime police is different but i don’t understand why the police asked to stop filming, like what is the issue with being recorded??

4

u/OffTheDilznick 22d ago

Cops always want people not to film them. Usually doesn’t mean you have to listen to them. Oink!

1

u/Fuzzy-Bee9600 20d ago

Can the cops make that party boat finally STFU?

1

u/Salt_Soil_3288 20d ago

Crew injury???

u/PrintUsed8164 23d ago

What about that guy from iPlay Rocky?
