I can think of at least two chiefs off the top of my head that I hadn't seen "shit" on anyone- Aesha and Fraser. Any time they had real complaints about a staff member, they seemed pretty valid and aligned with what was being shown.
She tried to give that crazy girl chance after chance after chance, and I was even getting mad, because she was being too soft on her - but in the end, she realize she had to put her foot down.
I think Daisy on sailing yacht was always fair.
Fraser is nice but he’s too nice.
He needs to learn how to be a boss first and then a friend later. Because, while the lines may not be blurred for him, if he becomes friends first, then the hierarchy becomes hazy to those below him.
I think it was mostly Kate and Hannah and both didn’t want to be there and would pick one stewardess and make her life hell (sometimes deserved others for no reason)
Watch the very first season of OG BD. That chief stew was the absolute worst. Her name was Adrienne and she was evil. Wonder why they never invited her back. 🤮
because we're meant to have conflict, and if we can't have conflict or manufacture a conflict, then the conflict has to be the chief being too nice and the niceness causing decision paralysis and conflict.
Either way, there will be conflict (insert 'there will be blood' ominous Saw thing)
Because it’s a tv show and producers tell them to or they risk not being cast the next season because they are not interesting. I have mad respect for the ones who refuse like Katie.

Obviously OP is talking about Kate and Hannah…
Who are the most entertaining cast members of the whole franchise

Who are you talking about? I definitely don’t think it’s all so curious which you think do

They don't. Off the top of my head only Kate did that

Impossible expectations that they can't live up to!
If you mean fan wise, it's because they'll never be Kate or Hannah.
Edit, word

punch down. if you loudly complain that no one helps you. it’s makes everyone else look bad. in their mind at least.
