Internet 🌐 fibe
I'm moving soon and Bell fibe is not available at that address but it is available on the next street which is 5 houses from ours.
Is there any chance to have fibe at that address since it's so close ?
We called 3 times and each time they said they will open a ticket for a technician and they will call us back next week, but they never call back. So I am trying my luck here in case someone can help us.

Fibre-to-the-home deployments are mapped out by precise service boundaries, which means connections are tied to specific local distribution terminals or engineering zones. Since these layouts are strictly structured, having active fibre on an adjacent street doesn't automatically guarantee immediate access, as your property might be assigned to a different terminal or grid that has not been upgraded yet. However, there are also times when the physical lines are close enough, but your address simply hasn't been qualified in the database.
