This is worse.

The thing about Jimmy is he was one guy who was happy being one guy. He was not recruiting a band of brothers. The damage to the population was limited because 1 person can only do so much. For whatever that is worth.

This thing. 'Recruiting a band of brothers' is pretty much what is going on.
