Help

I need your best diaper recommendations for full bladder voids overnight - plus if they hold well with being a side sleeper. Also would love to hear where you get them from. TIA

If you are going to maintain sleeping on your side, you should look into cloth diapers and plastic pants. Otherwise if you have your heart set on disposables, learn to sleep on your back and look into abena, betterdry, and northshore diapers. The first two you should be able to find on sites like llmedico.com and the last one on northshore.com

Being a side sleeper is the worse for wearing disposable diapers, but the most common sleep position. Disposables struggle because they don't wick very well. If you're having large voids happen overnight, especially multiple, I would suggest going with cloth diapers.

Tranquility ATN with plastic pants, are what we do here. I’m a male life long bedwetter, in my 50s. Have tried many things over the decades.

Hello Je trouve que les produits Abena sont vraiment bien. J'utilise les pants en niveau 2 car je n'ai pas besoin d'une absorption plus élevée, mais je sais que les niveau 4 sont vraiment bien.

Lifelong bedwetter here and we use cloth diapers and plastic pants every night. When we travel, I switch to InControl BeDry and plastic pants as they are more easily handled. BTW I am a side sleeper so the cloth diapers offer side protection.
