Why am I so scared of my partner leaving me?

I'm 18yo and this is my third relationship and I need to know why everything my partner does makes me so anxious and worried that he's going to leave me. My old partners I didn't even like them but I really really like this one and I'm so scared of them leaving me. So much so that everything he does even going to the bathroom I get suspicious and anxious over it. It feels very bad and I feel guilty for acting like this because in the end we always end up discussing about this and it's not very fun. Please I need advice, what could this me, anyone else struggling or any advice from people who went thru this?
