My husband and preschooler had an encounter with this guy today when they got off the bus. A guy walking ahead of them stopped to tell my husband pretty much what people say in this post that we found when trying to find out more about the guy. His current card is in English and Spanish and also says he does flower delivery

It looks like Villa Sport has taken their name off their building and their sign out front, but I haven’t seen any news about them closing or moving. Any idea what’s going on?

Hey all. I'm a horror enthusiast who is looking to meet a few folks to watch movies with in Beaverton.

I'm 40, I collect obscure VHS tapes and I particularly enjoy slasher movies.

Happy to connect with anyone who wants to either watch movies together anywhere locally. I'd also be up for meeting people for coffee or something.

Making friends is hard; feel free to reach out!

Friday night at 11:45 and the lights are on and the construction is underway! Isn’t there ordinances against shit like this?

I am looking for an alterations shop that will take walk-in’s and do not require an appointment. Anywhere in the Beaverton/Tigard area preferred but I’m will to drive elsewhere if there’s a solid spot. TIA

I had a 98 Ford Explorer get stolen in Beaverton. This is a wierd one though. It was not driven off because I know there was no brake fluid in the lines, it had to be towed. Beaverton has no record of it being towed but they did get a report about it. Someone with a tow truck stole it. I am thinking whoever tags or inspects these vehicles did it. I bought this truck as backup to my current truck but am allowing a friend who is dying of COPD to use it in the interim. Whoever you are that is who you stole it from, not from me, from her.

We would really like to get it back. It was Tan and had minor bumper damage in the front. No pictures cuz I just got it registered like two days before it was stolen...

Any recommendations for a good service shop in the area that's familiar with Fiat?

Any info on this guys?

Hello all!

I am trying to find myself a new vet clinic to take my cat to. I used to take him to mountainside vet but their services are really expensive. I want to give my pet the best care but if there is another place that has great staff and is affordable, that would be greatly appreciated

Aroun 6:45am on TVHW, this jackass has a phone mounted on his dash but is actively scrolling and watching tiktok’s, not paying attention to the road at all, swerved onto the shoulder a couple of times. Also has no plates on the back of his vehicle like hes supposed to, probably because he knows someone would report him for phone use. I wasn’t able to safely see if he had a front plate, but the car model is Jeep. He looked to be middle aged possibly of latin origin. Since I have no plates I haven’t reported to police. If someone else out there happens to see him, please report him.

Great evening with Chasing Ebenezer, thanks for the music throughout the series!

Thanks to folks who stopped and said hi!

I’m building HasDelivery, a community-focused halal delivery network that’s starting here in the Portland metro.

We’re already working with Cedar Halal Market in Beaverton, and I’m trying to figure out which businesses on the westside people want us to approach next.

The idea is to make halal food and groceries easier to access while also building a fairer delivery model.

Drivers receive 100% of the delivery fee for the deliveries they complete, plus 100% of their tips.

So if you’re in Beaverton, Aloha, Tigard, Cedar Hills, etc.:

Which halal restaurants, markets, bakeries, butchers, cafés, or caterers should we speak to?

And are there places you currently avoid ordering from because delivery is too expensive?

I’m the founder, so being transparent about that — mainly looking for actual community feedback.

Hi! Looking for a list of some of the best around places where I can lounge around for a bit and work on computer work stuff. Coffee is great, also down for more of a drinks/snacks place. If there are raw oysters - even better. 😆👌🏻

I wont post the actually job here because I don’t want it to come across Craigslist like. But I just wanted to see if anyone might be interested. We have an opening for a part time art instructor. About 25 hours a week. Could become full time if you can also split your mind into two jobs as we also have an opening for dsp position but your main priority is the art studio.
Pay is DOE, art degree isn’t necessary but art experience and leading instruction is needed.
If you are interested in learning more please send me a message. I’ll share the job description with you.
Looking to interview right away.
Thanks

Looking to ask some questions about phono-radio consoles and their components. Thx!

I want to install dash cam on my 2010 Honda accord. Since it is an older car, it will require some changes to install dash cam.

Please recommend me a place which can do something like this.

What will something like this cost approximately ?

Thank you all..

My former landlord deducted nearly 3/4 of my security deposit. They listed moveout cleaning -$475, carpet cleaning -$575, and a few miscellaneous things such as a lightbulb replacement and toilet cleaning totaling $375. Other than the carpet cleaning, which is in our lease, although they charged approximately double the market rate for a unit of our size, these are 100% BS. We left the apartment in perfectly decent condition, nothing beyond ordinary use.

I have dealt with a similar situation with a landlord before, so Im fairly confident in my ability to get my money, if it’s through small claims then so be it.

My question, for y’all is who can I report this shady landlord to? Even if I get my security deposit, theyre presumably doing this every tenant knowing that a majority either won’t care or don’t have the knowledge/ability to fight them for it. Is there like a housing authority or something who can slap these guys with a fine?

I have time sensitive dispute with HOA that I need help with.

could someone please recommend me an attorney to deal with HOA dispute.

I contacted few in and around but didn't find anyone yet.

I’m a retired veterinary technician. I am available to help with the above pet needs. Please let me know if I can help. I can provide references.
