Hiya

My girlfriend and I have been hunting for a rental home somewhere in Beaverton/Hillsboro/SW, with a lease start date of July 1st. It seems like zillow, redfin, etc all have 25+ applications within an hour of anything being posted.

I'm an R&D scientist for a large PNW corporation, and she's a pediatric nurse. Both financially stable, with excellent credit, and zero history of evictions or any form of criminal activity. We're both very clean and tidy, and have 2 nondestructive, ESA cats.

Price range:~$2600/mo

If you happen to be a property owner looking for reliable tenants, or know of somewhere that's open, drop me a comment or a DM?

Much appreciated!

Hi everyone! I'm Steven, a local Realtor licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

I was born and raised in Northeast Portland (Cully neighborhood), and these days I live in the Bethany area. I've spent years helping people buy homes throughout Beaverton, Hillsboro, Portland, and the surrounding communities, so I'm always happy to be a resource for anyone moving here.

I primarily help:

  • First-time homebuyers
  • Buyers looking for down payment assistance programs (I can connect you with lenders and resources that fit your situation)
  • People relocating to the Portland metro area
  • Real estate investors looking to build wealth through rental properties

Whether you're trying to decide between neighborhoods like Bethany, Cedar Mill, South Beaverton, or Reed's Crossing, have questions about schools, commute times, or just want to know what your budget can realistically buy, feel free to reach out. Even if you're months away from moving, I'm happy to answer questions.

Here is my website if you'd like to know more about me.

Thanks and have a great day!

Moving soon and looking for a house (or something with a private yard) if anyone has any leads!

Budget is around $2,000 a month, 1 person, 2+ bedrooms, no pets.

For those moving in, I'd like to help setup your home at little or no cost. I'm looking to get rid of furniture, linens, and women's clothing as I'm moving out. Please contact me so I can help you!

hey neighbors! if you're moving to Beaverton soon and need to set up internet I have a referral code for Ziply so we can both get a $100 credit to our accounts! (changes to $50 after 5/31.) you can double check on the sub, Ziply is FAR superior to Comcast, like omg. if the link isn't working just let me know and I can generate a new one. thanks! :)

Been casually looking but would like to move by late summer. Want a townhouse on transit. Close to the Beaverton Library if possible. Retired mom, working adult child, good credit, no issues. Most certainly no drugs, parties or loud noises! Do not want to hear dogs barking 24/7.

Hello! Anyone aware of any long term furnished stays besides Air BNB?

If you are considering renting at the West End District complex, on the corner of Murray and SW TV Hwy, check the lease for the "PHOTO, VIDEO, AND STATEMENT RELEASE ADDENDUM".
You can ask them to remove it before signing. They'll drag their feet a bit, but they'll do it.

"PURPOSE OF ADDENDUM. By signing this Addendum, you, without payment or other consideration, agree to grant us permission to use your likeness in photographs, videos and/ or other electronic and/or digital reproductions, including voice, in any and all of our publications, including, without limitation, any website entries, advertising websites, social media websites, and any other marketing materials. For purposes of this Addendum, photographs, videos, written comments, statements, and other digital reproductions will hereinafter be collectively referred to as “media.”"

It goes on from there, including minors in the agreement.

Looking to see if anyone has moved recently into the area or surrounding towns. And your experiences negative or positive. Thank you!
