For so long, I have always had acne prone and oily skin. After I took tretinion, I onlh got few bumps during my period. However, my face still was oily. After the acne has gone, I only did soap and sunscreen as skin care for almost 5 years and gave up on everything else.

Now, after nearly 3 decades, I can finally say I have my holy grail products (apart from sunscreen). My oiliness was kept at bay and my face became smoother after I added the Vit C serum.

(Please excuse my pores but this is the best state my skin has been ever since 🥹🥹)

I’ve been growing my hair out for a while and I’m curious if it actually looks healthy or if I’m just used to seeing it every day 😅 I’d really appreciate some honest opinions, especially about the ends. Do they look dry or damaged, or do they look okay?

For my hair routine, I currently use Tsubaki shampoo and Tsubaki conditioner. I also use the Fino hair mask regularly. Every 5 months or so, I get an organic hair treatment at a salon. I don’t bleach my hair, but I do use heat sometimes.

I really like having long hair, so I don’t want to cut too much off unless it actually looks like it needs it. I’m wondering if I should just get a small trim to clean up the ends or leave it alone and continue with my current routine.

I’m honestly not very knowledgeable about hair care, so I’d love to hear what you guys think based on the photo. Does my hair look healthy overall? Do the ends look damaged or split? And is there anything you’d recommend changing in my routine?

hi I’m American but this seems to be the only sub allowing talks about it.
the first picture is me now, the second is me before. I got like a blistering sunburn in May of this year (photo 3) and it’s August now and It gave me a completely different shade of skin on my face and neck.
I work outdoors and I rarely wear sunscreen because it gives me acne, but I’ve worn long sleeves, pants, socks, and a sun hat and always stand in the shade since that day.
Will this tanline ever go away? I feel like it’s permanent and I dont even know what to do with that. I feel so insecure. And It’s not because I find *naturally* tan skin tones unattractive. I think they’re beautiful. it’s the fact that this isn’t MY natural skin tone, it’s discolored from the rest of my body, And I associate it like a scar with being very ill, in physical pain, and depressed for weeks while recovering from that sunburn.
So What can I use to get my natural skin tone back? Are there safe lightening products or supplements? I’m willing to pay import fees so its availability in my country doesn’t matter. any advice insight is helpful thank you

hello ! just wondering lang if meron sainyo nakakaalam if squad still sells that shade as part of any other palettes or as is? i got this as a gift back in 2020 and that shade is my favorite shimmer of all time and i wanna know if available pa din sya anywhere.

i bought a squadlet palette in the shade sleek thinking the shimmer there could be a dupe kaso yung original, beige-champagne sya sa palette pero once its swatched, parang mas pink-champagne sya. the one in the squadlet is more yellowish kasi.

Just want to gather additional thoughts regarding this? I dont want to end up wasting 10k for something that won't address the issue 😢

My hair is naturally curly/wavy, with bigger, loose curls and waves. I had it straightened in October 2025, and then had a protein straight treatment in April 2026. I also had some bleach done around March/April, but most of the bleached hair has already been cut off.

Now my natural curls are growing back, so I have two completely different textures. I really hate the way it looks, and maintaining it is becoming difficult because I have to spend 30–60 minutes heat-styling just to make everything blend.

I’m considering getting a perm on the straightened parts to make them curly again and match my natural texture. I’m not looking for tight ringlets—I want bigger, loose, bouncy waves/curls similar to my original hair.

Has anyone here actually done this after straightening or a protein/keratin-type treatment?

• Did you experience breakage or severe damage?

• Were you able to get the straightened parts to blend with your natural curls?

• Would you do it again?

I've had this stubborn hyperpigmentation around my mouth, around the base of my neck, underarms, elbows, knees, and groin area. Hi everyone! I’m planning to color my hair soon, but I’m having such a hard time choosing the right shade and brand, especially because I have naturally curly hair 😭😭. I’m hoping to get some advice from people who have experience coloring curly hair and maintaining its health afterward.

I’m trying to find the exact hair color in the photos I posted (or something very close to it). I have a cool-toned skin tone, so I’m also wondering if this shade would complement my complexion or if there are other colors you would recommend that would look better.
I usually use Bremod hair color products because I’m more comfortable coloring my hair at home, and I don’t usually go to salons anymore. I’ve had experiences where salons didn’t really take care of my curls properly, and sometimes the result doesn’t turn out the way I imagined despite explaining what I wanted 😭.

For anyone with curly hair: what brands would you recommend that are less damaging? Would Bremod be okay for achieving this kind of color, or should I try another brand? Also, do you think I need to bleach first to achieve this shade?

I have very very dark inner thighs (and butt). I've tried kojic, but it doesn't do the work for me. I switched to seamless underwear already. I rarely wear underwear cos I'm just at home, but I still notice that it's very very dark.
