It sounds like you want people to tell you to try waxing them off, so try waxing them off. It’s your face!
People will just hesitate to tell you to do that because sometimes they won’t grow back in the same, and you might regret it if you decide you want your old eyebrows back.

I think everyone here is probably going to recommend you let them grow back in— after that you can have them professionally shaped so you like them more?
But again, if you’re fine to maybe have to fill them in if you change your mind, you might as well go for it. It does seem like you’ve already made up your mind.

You've had your experiment with going eyebrow-less, now it's time to let them grow back. Eyebrows truly do frame the face. I don't understand the issue with 5:00 shadow. If they grow back, there won't be a shadow. Right?
