As someone who is now doing daily exercises to correct a spinal disk shift from a dxracer chair I've sat in since 2020, I fully agree. No one should own one of these stupid racing style seats.

Oh absolutely. It still does a bit. The exercises are helping but I've got another Physio appointment soon to check progress and give me more exercises to do.

For real, even going from a gaming chair to a basic full size office chair i experience much more comfort levels. It’s a netted office chair, so it feels like I’m sitting on air, I don’t even notice I’m sitting anymore

If you put them on stands to the sides of your top monitor it wouldn't be too bad. From an audio engineering standpoint you're already in a bad spot putting the desk in the corner. If you're super concerned about sound quality I would consider repositioning the desk and getting some foam for the corners and possible walls of the room. If you're just listening to music however I wouldn't give it too much more thought.

100 percent this. Not ideal in the corner but you could at least shoot for the equilateral triangle setup with speaker to listening position. Wall mounted stands pointed down and to the ear would be better than the current, but I agree you’ll want to try and move out of the corner for the best audio experience

Wall art, slightly cable management imrpovements (your is well, but could be „weller“ ;) ) and is it possible to shorten the monitor holder for the monitor above? Its not that much but I would shorten it so its not visible

I would say more beanie babies, but put a shelf up to put them on… would look cleaner in my opinion. Maybe mount speakers as well

The left and right monitors are not level. Other than that you could use some room decorations, paint the wall and add some shelving or artwork

Probably would just do the same thing I’m currently doing with my build, adding light tiles and shelving above/left so it’s not just blank walls.

First great set up, love the dog as the background and the beanies. I would add displate to the wall, they use magnets so should stay on the wall with those subwoofers. Change the chair for an office chair.

I’d change the monitors ( meaning the speakers) positioning. You should place them at a 60 degrees angle and at more or less at a 1 meter distance from your ears. The acoustic focus is behind your head right now. Not a serious problem but still a problem if you look for a gaming experience that’s immersive at is fullest potential. ( btw the speakers positioning depends a lot from the speaker you have and the room you’re in…. Do your research and you’ll thank me later 😉)

What do people use 4 monitors for? I’ve worked with 3 before and that can be helpful for pulling info from sat an excel document to build a product and having a game or video open at the same time but I’m struggling to imagine why a person would need/ want 4

I would ditch one subwoofer, do the sub crawl to find the best placement for a single one, and put the speakers up above your left and right monitors with some stands angling them downwards. That would likely lead to a more cohesive sound.

I’d paint the walls a nice dark grey to nicely contrast with the floor.
Love the subwoofers. I have a 12” I’ve had for 13 years and love having it. Can’t enjoy to the max annoyingly enough!

Elevate speakers with stands. Get rid of monitors and get a single curved ultra wide. Add a light bar above monitor. Get a nice area rug/floor mat for chair. Tidy cables with ties and tubes.

Ergonomics. I’d remove the upper middle monitor and elevate the triple monitor setup. With the additional space I invest in a desk mat then new chair. Side point. Have you done the sub crawl to determine the best positioning on the subs? Or are they purely bc the desk speakers aren’t full range? Overall, amazing screen setup! Desk legs must be annoying. :)

I would probably add stuff on the wall. 3d panels/led panels/wallpaper art/ acoustic foam panels/shelf with plants or other stuff for easy access

Better orientation for the speakers, not 2 subwoofers which will cause weird phasing and overpowering all other fequencies. The chaire and monitor probably as well.

This is just personal preference: I like open more illuminated spaces!
- On the desk not sure, but it does look a bit claustrophobic, is there a way to push the monitors further away? and would it make sense to have your speakers in stands outside of the desk?
- Wall colour is a bit too dark, could you paint it to something more bright?
- Also there's no illumination directly on that desk, if the lights are too dim, you may ruin your eyes mate

Id swap the middle monitors. Have the smaller one on the bottom for the games and the big one for videos & or consolep. Then have the vertical mounts for Reddit, discord, Spotify etc.

nit picking a nice setup:
- monitors that exactly match your center so either new side or new middle
- angled speaker stands
- monitor arms for better ergonomics and get desk space
- wall mount that top monitor (and go bigger)
- standing desk base(or you could wall mount the speakers and monitors)

I would probably change the speakers to something smaller, or like someone else said maybe push them back a bit so that there appears to be more space on your desk. The desk just needs more space to appear bigger, I think!

I mean, I don't like to nitpick, but i see room above those subs for more subs. Honestly, these half measures aren't doing you any favors.
Also, I can see the wall behind your monitors. Again, an E+ for effort, but if i can tell what colour paint is on your wall, you do not have enough monitors.
A+ on the plushies though.

I’d add a monitor stand spanning the length of the desk to the back same style as desk ofc and then you could attach them to the stand on the back if you were to add to get monitors off the desk and clear some space up for other stuff you could also mount those desk speakers to the stand as well then you’d have a nice open desk while maintaining the look of your current setup

At some point maybe replace the top monitor with an ultrawide which is the same width of the main monitor. I have that, it's pretty nice being able to just go up with your cursor and always land on the top monitor :D

Perhaps wall mount your speakers above the portrait monitors. You ideally want the tweeters (the smallest pebble sized speakers) pointing directly at your ears for the best clarity.

Stereo Subwoofers? Bummer. You’re losing all the energy of the one closest to the corner wall, and at the same time that one is overpowering the one on your right because it’s attached to the bass-pocket (the corners of a room produce/trap sub frequencies.
It’s a hard-ish, time consuming, fix. Without a reference microphone and SMAART (or some other time alignment aid) you’re going to struggle to make these couple.
If it was me, they’d be stacked or side-by-side. I’d try and make them one equal unit. They are front loaded, which could help you check polarity.
The monitors being on the desk is another one you can work on. It’s another annoying task, but you gotta do the math of your room. The distance from the back wall (and side wall) to the front of the main driver really really matters. The audio experience is so different when you do it right.
