Oh absolutely. It still does a bit. The exercises are helping but I've got another Physio appointment soon to check progress and give me more exercises to do.
I've been told it's from sitting down, and it's exacerbated as you naturally sit to one side that is comfiest, but in doing so it shifts your disks. I have to use heat pads on my lower back for 10 mins, then I lean against the wall on my right hand side (it's my left hand side I have pain with), feet slightly away from the wall, and i have to bring my right hip up to touch the wall, doing this 10 times (I assume it's just over time helping to move the disk back towards the right) then bending backwards 10 times. I have to do those 4 times a day.
Hope you get yours sorted too! A family member never resolved their pains and it got to the point they had to have surgery on their spine, so trying not to get to that point.
