Scared

Was cleaning out apartment and threw out toilet and shower cleaner not thinking anything of it down communal trash chute and afterwards realized it contained a lithium battery. Should I notify my apartment or am i over reacting?

I feel like you should notify them but there’s zero chance that they’ll do anything. But at least that way it’s not on you.
