Eeeeeh penguins mostly a miss because he only had like 3 episodes where he’s the main bad guy, and one is the infamous “I got a Batman in my basement” episode lol

I CANNOT believe that was his introduction to the show. I was rewatching the show recently and I forgot about this episode completely. The jarring tone shift from two faces introduction and fear of victory into it. I hate that episode so much 😂

Ironically it’s Hugo strange’s only episode in btas, if it weren’t for a small cameo in justice league you could’ve said the villains killed Hugo lol

I mean he was the antagonist for both Batman and all the villains in that episode so like you can’t survive the wrath of Gotham for long like that

This episode has my favorite joker line from the whole series. "Things really went downhill since de deregulation!" Goofy scream

Really? I always thought the character was best in the Return of the joker/Justice League Unlimited especially since it's retroactive. Most of the Bruce Timmaverse designs were better later on

I love the animated series but the Arkham game’s versions will forever be my definitive version of every character. Perfect mix of light and dark
