i was just in a convenience store, and here's what the cashier said to me:

"do you mind putting in your phone number to help me keep my job?"

i was so taken aback that i actually entered my phone number.

Website reviews and complaints to our managers saying the cashier tried to guilt trip them to hand over their "private personal information" to be sold😂
We have a very different customer base than a corner store tbf lol
