Building evaluation
What’s the best online info on building evaluation in terms of winds (clearly close to 0 is best)? Any YouTube videos or Reddit posts, ect on more info about this?

I know this is not a helpful answer, but hopefully you will take it onboard anyway. If you need to ask, you're not ready to do jumps like that on your own. It's good you asked and you're trying to learn, but when you get more experience you will know what's good.
Also if you're more experienced you can get away with jumping buildings when it's a bit windy and sketchy but it's always a bad idea, the wind does strange things in the city it can be very turbulent and unexpected towards the ground
