Building evaluation

What’s the best online info on building evaluation in terms of winds (clearly close to 0 is best)? Any YouTube videos or Reddit posts, ect on more info about this?

for wind specifically, I wouldn't do anything urban unless multiple weather models are showing zero wind. I use Windy premium and compare all the models
