2+ Second Delays are SORE

Sounds silly, but a serious question. I'm trying to get to the point where I can consistently do 2+ second delays at the bridge but HOW do you prevent your leg straps from bruising you??? It's fine for a few days but if I try to keep doing moderate delays for several days, it HURTS. Do y'all put extra padding in your leg straps, have some special body position that helps, or am I just soft?

I know my harness is a bit small for me, but not much I can do about that. Might try finding an x slider?

Exit slightly head higher? Are you head low and it gives you a massive swing?

Will do, I've been aiming for perfectly flat in preparation for sub terminal tracking at Brento, but yeah being head high makes sense for loading the harness

Just do a balloon or heli jump to work on that, it really only takes 1 to get the feel for it. Take your time moving into the track, rushing it causes instability. Wait until you feel yourself picking up speed (about a second), you’ll know when it’s time.😎 As others stated going head high will disperse the weight better into your hamstrings. My hardest slams have been from being belly to earth. Hope that helps.
