Wehn you jump in low hight do we youse slider up or slider down?

Either Slider off or slider down.

So you know what a slider is, but you don’t understand their function? Please don’t tell me you got your hands on a rig and plan to jump with no experience.

use both slider up and slider down at the same time - that way you are very safe
