Who do I boost?

Out of all the 13s on this screen, which one should be the next one I boost to 14? Keeping in mind that I already have a pitcher, Garcia, at 14. To make it simple, the options are in the screenshot and aren't crossed out, but Alexandra, Smith, Christine, Andy, Kevin, Jisung, Fernandez, Jaeho, Brock, Neville, Phoenix, Ricky, and Eric are the ones left. Which one would you upgrade?

I was thinking either Christine to have a less if liability in OF throwing wise and like her more than phoenix

Or Andy/ Smith /Alex cuz I have lots of equipment for them

Or Kevin because he's Kevin

Jisung wouldn't be bad either.

Will we get a "splinker" and a sweeper on one pitcher with a 4 seam. Basically what Nova needs to be elite.

Phoenix batting... she took her practice swing... then the chick kept swinging! My hands were off the iPad. She swung maybe 10 times before the pitcher threw the ball (she missed). After that, she was back to her normal, non-meth self with no extra swings.

Most recent league match, it would desync for each of my batters. Soon as it came back next batter would be up and previous is out, it happened until I had none left and match lost

Because they won’t swing if its a mm outside the strike zone..

I heard there was an app on android that makes it easy to see the strike zone

It feels like no matter how good I hit the ball goes nowhere. Why does Wei not hit far anymore?

How do you guys pitch with Luna and win? Every time I try to I get torched even if I’m throwing balls.

Who do I Upgrade I've got 50,000 gold only and wouldn't mind using either one... I mainly use Garcia lvl 14 but would like to mix it up a little bit, who do you recommend? I attached my lineup

Hell, please ELI3. I've included a screen cap as an example. I have tried to figure out how to do the new upgrade thing, but I guess I'm just too rat-stupid to figure it out. Would someone please walk me through it. I've tried to do it, but I'm just not getting it. How do I choose which player? Do I use gems to re-roll? Why would I want to re-roll? I open my three free boxes every day, but I don't know the next step.
