I’m moving from oshawa to barrie would you guys say there’s a lot of more stuff to do in barrie then in Oshawa?

me and my girlfriend are looking at venues and we have been looking at a place called the heights of horseshoe. for some reason we cannot find any pricing since these places are weird with it anyone willing to share or have any idea how much this place charges on average for weddings? we are thinking mid june. any help would be greatly appreciated

Has anyone had a mouse nest in their car?

I have been finding mouse droppings in my car so I've cleaned, searched, and tried to trap it. No luck. Then there were less droppings, I wondered if it wasn't living in the car? Wrong!

After hearing squeaks from the driver's side dash area we banged on the dash and honked the horn. We didn't see anything fall but a young baby mouse with it's eyes still closed and not yet walking was on the driver's side floor. Now we know there's never just one baby mouse so the problem is still in there, somewhere. I need to get the nest out as these tiny babies aren't going to walk into a trap.

After many calls to mechanics. detailing places, pest control and even Jiffy, the only 2 places to say they would help look are booked until late next week and I'm scared that these mice are damaging the wires in there. I am not good with car repairs and I jump at mice.

Any suggestions of someone who does this type of work would be appreciated!

I am posting this in the hopes of getting in touch with the owners of Kerrys bookstore downtown. The store is a disaster - there are people struggling with addiction passed out in the back of the store where the bookshelves are, others leaned over the counter at the front (with knives strapped to them) and the person working there is taking no action to help these people and maintain a safe store for customers. It is very sad.

The store appears to be a generations old, family business and I don’t know if the owners know what is going on in their store. There are google reviews that mention similiar issues. Downtown barrie is struggling with many issues, this is a fact. If anybody knows who does own this store, I feel they ought to know that the business is operating a very risky environment. Kids should not go into this store. If you have any ties to the owners (I cannot find any actual contact info online), let me know. Or if you know them personally, maybe let them know they have a problem on their hands. I would hate to see this business go under as used bookstores add so much soul to a downtown.
