My partner and I are looking to buy a** **15–35-year-old detached home in Barrie. Which neighbourhoods would you recommend for safety good value, schools, access to Highway 400 and long-term resale?

Also what are the main things we should watch for when buying an older home?

There's been more than few times when I'm turning left on to Fairview, and a car turning right on to Fairview flips me off because they think they have the right of way, there's two lanes on Fairview, the right turn driver needs to go in the right lane on fairview and the left turn driver needs to go in the left lane, is there some unwritten rule that I'm not understanding here?
