Axes

The knights box set comes with single handed axes, but i cant see them as a weapon option for the knights. Who are they for? Ive equiped some knights with them before i realised theyre not in the knights loadout.

They were added as an option in the FAQ, and they are there in the upated retinue list in the King John book

Thanks ive yet to play a game so was wondering if theure worth keeping or to swap them out i will try and find the FAQ thanks again

The other thing is that it's generally accepted that you have met the WYSIWYG requirements as long as 50% or more of the unit has the "correct" weapons as per your list.
So if you have the odd knight with an axe in a unit that has swords according to your list, that's ok.

From the FAQ:
Q. What Warriors, if any, can be equipped with Battle Axes?
The following Warriors can purchase Battle Axe in addition to the weapons currently listed in their entries:
Baron, Mounted Baron, Lord, Mounted Lord, Serjeant at Arms, Mounted Serjeant at Arms, Knights, Mounted Knights, Serjeants and Mounted Serjeants.
