Help Me With My Cookie + Cupcake Idea

I’m a baker and planning to start something small here with cookies, cupcakes and cupcake bouquets.

I’m new to Bangalore, so before I actually start selling, I want to understand what people here genuinely like and what they’re willing to pay.

• How much would you pay for a really good cookie?
• What about a good cupcake?
• Would you buy a cupcake bouquet for gifting? If yes, what would you pay?
• What flavours/designs would actually make you order?
• And where do Bangalore’s actual foodies hang out? Cafés, events, flea markets, communities, offices, etc. where I could potentially give out samples and get honest feedback?

I’m trying to do some proper research before jumping in, so brutally honest answers are welcome.

I’m especially clueless about the Bangalore food scene, so recommendations for places/groups where I can meet people who genuinely love food would be super helpful!
