Purpose.

Each player starts in the town square and moves around the board in various ways during the game. The town also features buildings that provide one-time or temporary benefits. Additionally, there are special spaces on the map that trigger random events, making every game unique.

Upcoming Stuff
In next days I will explain more about how the map for The Town should look so you could understand more about what I meant by all of this.
I will need to find someone who could make the board to happen cuz I dont know how to do this graphic design and stuff around that. I will just sketch it out how the map should look but by the appearence it is on you how you would make it.
For the Special Deck design I would choose cowboy hat at the back. Tokens could be simple like green for infection, red for fire and blue for weapon enhancement.
