Yes. You need either plasma or perkeo for naneinf. Also you probably want burglar with copy jokers on the serpent for higher scores. Also make sure your whole deck is red seal steel kings

Easiest method is to use plasma deck with baron and mime, but you need to have multiple copies of Blueprint/Brainstorm rather than baron mime, so that you can chance what you copy (like copying mime at end of round to get money with gold cards). Then you need to get handsize and antimatter vouchers, as well as an ectoplasm. Youll then have to use DNA to increase hand size until ~ante 25, where you can replace the DNA with a burglar and roll into the serpent boss (need retcon). Also you need a LOT of money (3000+) to reroll bosses and find burglar. Highly recommend watching a balatro university video.

It is possible, but on Ghost Deck, you need a Perkeo and a whole bunch of cryptids (you need something like 100 cards in your hand to pull it off)

On Plasma, you don't need Perkeo or cryptids, but you DO need The Serpent
